Configuration Management / Quality Assurance Manager actively working

Job Overview

The Configuration Management / Quality Assurance Manager provides technical and administrative guidance for personnel involved in configuration management and software development. This role ensures work aligns with user standards and government regulations, overseeing compliance, stakeholder communication, and process improvement efforts. Experience working in the US Federal or State, Local and Education (SLED) environments is a plus. 

Responsiblities

  • Ensure configuration management processes align with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Review work products for compliance and monitor project progress.
  • Coordinate with Program/Project Managers to resolve issues and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Develop quality assurance processes to improve software development efficiency.
  • Prepare milestone reports and presentations for stakeholders.
