Job Overview

The IT Program Manager is responsible for planning and directing programs or concurrent projects, overseeing business, technical, and personnel management across diverse functional activities. This role involves leading technology improvements, engineering studies, system development, and deployment. The IT Program Manager ensures the successful implementation of strategic initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals. Experience working in the US Federal or State, Local and Education (SLED) environments is a plus.
