The Partnership

LABUSA SA is the African-focused consortium formed by LAB Information Technology Incorporated (LABUSA, USA — established 1999) and Hanley Tech (South Africa). Together we combine U.S. operational discipline with African regional execution to deliver technology and infrastructure programs at scale.

Two Halves of One Consortium

LABUSA USA — Operational Maturity

Twenty-five years of managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud systems, procurement support, and enterprise technology delivery across U.S. federal, state, education, healthcare, and commercial markets. Mature financial systems, compliance practice, and project governance.

Hanley Tech — African Leadership

South African technology entrepreneurship with deep regional relationships, on-the-ground implementation capacity, professional network coordination, and continent-wide reach across English- and French-speaking markets.

African Expansion Strategy

LABUSA SA pursues a structured continental expansion: anchor markets in South Africa and Botswana, growth markets across Southern and Eastern Africa, and selective engagement in West African economies. The consortium model lets partners participate in larger opportunities without the overhead of full international expansion on their own.

Ownership & Partnership Structure

LABUSA SA operates as a joint Africa–U.S. consortium. LABUSA USA contributes operational infrastructure, financing readiness, and U.S.-based project governance. Hanley Tech contributes African market access, partner development, and regional implementation. Independent professionals and partner firms join under defined tiers (Strategic, Growth, Independent) with shared back-office and proposal support.

Mission

To help governments, enterprises, and emerging businesses across Africa successfully implement transformational technology and infrastructure initiatives through strategic partnerships, operational excellence, financing readiness, and collaborative execution.

Vision
