AI Developer – LLMs, LLAMA Models, Fine-tuning & AI Training Expert

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Developer with a strong backend focus and deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly LLAMA. This role will lead efforts in model development, fine-tuning, and deployment, driving innovation and performance optimization across AI systems.

Responsiblities

  • Lead the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models (e.g., LLAMA).
  • Design and implement scalable training pipelines for advanced machine learning applications.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to improve model accuracy, reduce latency, and enhance overall performance.
  • Develop and deploy customized AI solutions for tasks such as text generation, summarization, and classification.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI/ML, and proactively incorporate cutting-edge techniques into development processes.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to model performance, including overfitting and generalization errors.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI models into production environments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLAMA), including fine-tuning and deployment.
  • Proficiency in machine learning libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Strong background in training, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models in real-world settings.
  • Experience optimizing models for production environments with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in reinforcement learning, natural language processing (NLP), or related AI subfields.
  • Knowledge of distributed training techniques and large-scale model scaling.
  • Contributions to research publications or open-source AI/ML projects.
