Job Overview

LABUSA seeks an experienced Drupal Developer to implement and maintain Drupal 8/9/10 websites and custom modules/themes. In this role, the Drupal Developer will develop, implement, and support the organization’s web applications on the AWS cloud platform. Providing timely technical support to customers is essential. Perform project management for assigned projects, including gathering business requirements and developing project plans.

Responsiblities

  • Managing, migrating, and updating Drupal platforms across several different sites.
  • Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turn it into a working theme
  • Developing technical requirements and documentation based on business needs.
  • Designing and implementing new features and functionality.
  • Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture.
  • Ensuring high performance and availability.
  • Managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
  • Implementing security best practices and intrusion prevention solutions.
  • Provide project updates in Jira

Skills and Qualifications

  • BA/BS University degree with a concentration in computers.
  • 4 years of experience in Administer, upgrading, and configuring Drupal core and modules.
  • Experience with LINUX in a cloud environment (AWS) with autoscaling.
  • Experience with Drupal 8/9 migration to Drupal 10.
  • Knowledge of PHP, PHP files and theme functions, and the Drupal theme layer
  • Experience with Apache, server-level redirects.
  • Understanding of security best practices and intrusion prevention.
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in Install, upgrade, configuration of CDN (content delivery network) supporting Drupal.
  • Understanding API integration
  • Experience in managing source code with Git
