Job Overview

Responsiblities

  • Create high-quality visual assets for various platforms, including websites, marketing materials, and internal communications using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Plan, shoot, and produce professional video content. Responsibilities include site selection, camera setup, lighting, audio, and post-production.
  • Enhance video content with effects, graphics, music, and voiceovers using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define creative objectives and develop visually engaging presentations aligned with company branding.
  • Capture and edit professional-grade photographs for events, marketing campaigns, and other internal/external needs.
  • Retouch and organize digital photo assets using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Maintain an organized digital library for efficient media access and use.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design, video production, and photography.
  • Effectively manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
  • Communicate project updates and needs clearly to team members.
  • Ensure all media is optimized for digital and print delivery.
  • Provide creative support to the Marketing Team on various projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience demonstrating strong design and multimedia skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Availability for occasional on-site work and travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and online editing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, branding, and design principles.
  • Familiarity with SEO and how it integrates with digital content (desired, not required).
