Job Overview
LABUSA is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and upbeat individual passionate about graphic design, video production, and photography. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company by delivering high-impact visual content across digital and print platforms.
Responsiblities
- Create high-quality visual assets for various platforms, including websites, marketing materials, and internal communications using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Plan, shoot, and produce professional video content. Responsibilities include site selection, camera setup, lighting, audio, and post-production.
- Enhance video content with effects, graphics, music, and voiceovers using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define creative objectives and develop visually engaging presentations aligned with company branding.
- Capture and edit professional-grade photographs for events, marketing campaigns, and other internal/external needs.
- Retouch and organize digital photo assets using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Maintain an organized digital library for efficient media access and use.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design, video production, and photography.
- Effectively manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
- Communicate project updates and needs clearly to team members.
- Ensure all media is optimized for digital and print delivery.
- Provide creative support to the Marketing Team on various projects as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience demonstrating strong design and multimedia skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Availability for occasional on-site work and travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and online editing platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling, branding, and design principles.
- Familiarity with SEO and how it integrates with digital content (desired, not required).
