Job Overview
LABUSA, a leading provider of information technology and security solutions, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our market presence in cloud-based technology and electronic security services. This is a remote role designed for a self-starter with a strong B2B or B2G sales background and a passion for driving innovation through IT solutions.

Responsiblities
- Initiate and manage outbound campaigns through cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Build immediate rapport with prospects by identifying key pain points and aligning solutions using real-time market insights.
- Leverage CRM tools and market data to streamline prospecting and accelerate lead qualification.
- Schedule and coordinate online product demonstrations with prospects and internal Sales Executives.
- Represent LABUSA’s solutions with professionalism, demonstrating a clear understanding of technical value and ROI.
- Maintain and exceed daily and weekly activity metrics related to outreach, follow-ups, and opportunity generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share market intelligence and improve collective strategy.
- Provide timely updates and performance reports to the Sales Manager.
- Actively participate in a collaborative and fast-paced team culture that values shared learning and success.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM daily to manage leads, track activity, and report progress.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2G sales, preferably in IT services, cloud solutions, or electronic security products (access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach.
- Self-motivated, assertive, and intellectually curious.
- Comfortable working in a remote, team-based environment with frequent virtual collaboration.
- High degree of accountability and a strong desire to grow professionally within a performance-driven sales organization.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing conditions, and stay organized under pressure.
