Job Overview
LABUSA Travel is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Travel Advisors to support our team in creating exceptional and personalized travel experiences. This role involves collaborating with travel agents to understand client preferences, researching destinations and activities, and managing full travel itineraries. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Responsiblities
- Consult with travel agents to understand client preferences, requirements, and budgets.
- Research and recommend tours, venues, and attractions aligned with client expectations.
- Coordinate and book travel components including transportation, accommodations, activities, and dining reservations.
- Design and produce customized travel itineraries, flyers, and promotional brochures.
- Maintain current knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Work with travel vendors and partners to confirm high-quality arrangements.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the client’s travel planning and execution phases.
- Address any changes or unexpected issues that may arise during travel.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development.
- Foster relationships with vendors, partners, and industry contacts to enhance service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and time management skills.
- Enthusiastic about travel and dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
