LABUSA Travel, a full-service agency specializing in end-to-end planning for group and international travel, is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (BDM). This remote B2B sales role is responsible for driving revenue through group travel bookings, expanding our client base, and fostering long-term relationships with travel professionals across a designated territory.

Responsiblities
- Identify and pursue geographic expansion and new B2B growth opportunities.
- Promote LABUSA Travel services and brand within your territory, including in-person presentations and trade show attendance.
- Generate new accounts while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships to exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Represent LABUSA at client and industry events, manage booths, and deliver presentations.
- Manage and retain clients with a strong focus on year-over-year revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for prospecting, tracking, and data-driven sales strategy.
- Maintain the highest standards of professional communication and client interaction.
- Prepare weekly sales activity and monthly expense reports.
- Actively engage Travel Advisors to secure group business.
- Meet or exceed established KPIs and performance benchmarks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B travel industry sales experience.
- Strong existing network of Travel Advisors.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and client engagement.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter attitude.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Open to hands-on coaching and professional development.
- Confident decision-maker with humility and a growth mindset.
