1. Are LABUSA cloud solutions secured?

The short answer is, yes.  Our Cloud Service Providers (CSP) submits their cloud computing security to a variety of internal and third party tests in order to qualify for various security and “best practices” certification standards.  Cloud computing security is likely to be better than your organizations current computer security practices because CSPs can retain the services of some of the best IT security professionals in the industry.

We have a standard Drupal Website Designs, just let us know how you want it and we will get started on it for you. Our solution design team will work directly with your staff in first understanding the short and long-term goal and then building a path to get there.

4. How do we communicate throughout the website build?

Before we begin working together, we’ll usually have an initially chat on the phone, email or meet on Microsoft Teams to discuss the project. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over email. This makes the process a lot easier as we will have all of the information saved and can come back to it later. Once we have finished the project, we will book in you in training session.

5. What if I don’t want to manage the website at all. Can you do it all for me?

Yes, we can arrange a maintenance package to suit your needs. This can range from 1hr per month to 10 hours per month and we can discuss a package that’s right for you.
