Solution Overview

LABUSA eFaaS portal uses the Zimbra Collaboration Suite®, providing capabilities for email-to-fax, calendar, task management, file sharing, archiving, litigation hold capabilities, and more. Documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TIFF, Adobe PDF, and standard text formats are faxed and managed through the interface. Incoming faxes are in Adobe PDF format.

The system is accessible from all the popular web browsers and mobile devices. The portal security login is password protected with strong and two-factor authentication capabilities. Faxes are stored and transmitted through the system using 256-bit encryption. The multiple fax channel system allows the users to send several faxes simultaneously without having a busy signal for incoming faxes. Services included;

1. 99.999% telephone and network availability service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Telephone and email support 7:00 am - 6:00 pm CT Monday – Friday.
3. A local exchange telephone number included (or upgrade the U.S. Toll-free for an additional fee).
4. All accounts include 10GB of storage space with add-on space for an additional cost (See Add10GB).

DIR Contract Pricing Schedule

Texas DIR contract pricing offers cost-saving and advanced capabilities compared to other fax solutions. Each user can have a dedicated account with their fax number or a group of users with a shared fax number. Customized to your needs, and full support is provided.
