Solution Overview
LABUSA EaaS portal uses the Zimbra Collaboration Suite®, providing complete email, contacts, calendar, file sharing, tasks, and messaging/videoconferencing, all accessed from a web browser or Zimbra Web Client via any device.
LABUSA is a Zimbra partner and hosted provider. Zimbra Collaboration software includes powerful new technology and enhancements that make this the most competitive email solution while continuing to deliver on the consistent strengths of the lowest TCO in the industry, best-in-class security and privacy, the most diverse deployment options, and the greatest extensibility of any email platform. Services include;
- 99.999% telephone and network availability service level agreements (SLAs).
- Telephone and email support 7:00 am - 6:00 pm CT Monday – Friday.
- Integration with electronic fax service.
- All accounts include 25GB of storage space with add-on space for an additional cost (See Add10GB).
