Job Description

We are looking for a talented Instructional Designer with a minimum of three years of experience to contribute to the development of high-quality training programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a strong understanding of instructional design principles, and the ability to create engaging content that meets the diverse needs of learners.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to analyze training needs and objectives.
  • Creatively curate powerful learning experiences by working collaboratively with other subject matter experts in different content areas.
  • Design and develop high quality instructional materials, including e-learning/self-paced modules, instructor-led training materials, hands on lab activities, job aids, and assessments.
  • Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
  • Utilize multimedia elements, graphics, and technology to enhance the delivery of training content.
  • Utilize in-house Learning Management System for assignments, tests, and real-time performance monitoring
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to make continuous improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in instructional design.

Skills and Qualifications

Skills & Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in instructional design.
  • Proficient in using instructional design tools and e-learning authoring software (e.g., Articulate Moodle, Canvas LMS).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
