We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of complex enterprise web platform and cloud migration projects.
The Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams responsible for Drupal development and migration, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, quality assurance, and managed services. The role requires strong experience managing enterprise technology projects involving multiple stakeholders, technical workstreams, dependencies, and phased production deployments.
The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered according to agreed scope, schedule, quality, risk, resource, and contractual requirements, while maintaining clear communication between technical teams, management, clients, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Delivery
- Develop and maintain the overall Project Management Plan.
- Develop detailed project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Coordinate project activities across cloud, Drupal, DevOps, DevSecOps, security, QA, and managed-services teams.
- Establish project milestones and acceptance criteria.
- Track project progress against approved schedules and deliverables.
- Coordinate resource requirements and assignments.
- Identify and manage dependencies between technical workstreams.
- Manage projects through assessment, design, implementation, migration, testing, deployment, and operational transition.
- Ensure contractual and technical deliverables are completed on schedule.
Enterprise Migration Management
- Develop and coordinate phased migration plans and migration waves.
- Coordinate readiness assessments before production migrations.
- Manage migration schedules involving multiple websites, applications, databases, integrations, and infrastructure components.
- Coordinate application, infrastructure, security, testing, and business readiness.
- Facilitate go/no-go decisions for production migrations.
- Coordinate production cutover activities.
- Ensure rollback and contingency plans are established before migration.
- Track migration results and outstanding remediation activities.
- Coordinate post-migration validation and acceptance.
Governance and Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain the project governance framework.
- Serve as a primary coordination point between clients, technical teams, vendors, and management.
- Organize project status meetings, technical coordination meetings, and steering committee meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
- Maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders.
- Prepare executive and project-level status reports.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and project communications.
- Escalate significant risks, issues, and decisions to appropriate stakeholders.
Risk, Issue and Change Management
- Develop and maintain the project risk register.
- Identify technical, operational, schedule, resource, and business risks.
- Develop and track mitigation strategies.
- Maintain issue, dependency, decision, and action registers.
- Establish and manage project escalation procedures.
- Coordinate corrective actions for schedule or delivery issues.
- Manage scope and change-control processes.
- Evaluate the schedule, cost, resource, and technical impact of proposed changes.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
- Experience managing enterprise web platform or cloud migration programs.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across development, infrastructure, security, and quality assurance.
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, technical workstreams, and dependencies.
- Experience planning and delivering phased production deployments and production cutovers.
- Working command of project management practice: scheduling, Work Breakdown Structures, risk registers, and change control.
- Experience preparing executive and project-level status reporting.
- Sufficient technical literacy to coordinate cloud, Drupal, DevOps, and cybersecurity workstreams without working as a hands-on engineer.
- Ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Project Manager does not need to be a hands-on Drupal developer or cloud engineer but should have sufficient technical knowledge to effectively coordinate teams responsible for:
