Job Description

LABUSA seeks a dynamic and proactive Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

•    Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
•    Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk management plans.
•    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
•    Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
•    Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
•    Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
•    Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
•    Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
•    Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Skills and Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Project Management or related field.
•    Professional qualification in Project Management.
•    Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
•    Proven working experience as a Project Manager in completing projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
•    Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
•    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
