Job Overview

LABUSA is seeking a Team Leader and Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of an integrated data visualization, analytics, and knowledge management solution.

The successful candidate will provide overall technical leadership, translate business and data requirements into scalable solution architecture, oversee dashboard and portal development, and coordinate technical resources throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder consultations.
  • Translate business, reporting, and data requirements into a comprehensive solution architecture.
  • Define dashboard architecture, data flows, application components, integrations, and security requirements.
  • Review datasets, reporting frameworks, KPIs, and information-management requirements.
  • Lead the design of interactive dashboards and data visualization solutions.
  • Provide architectural oversight for web portals, knowledge management systems, and CMS platforms.
  • Define approaches for integrating dashboards, knowledge resources, AI capabilities, and web applications.
  • Develop or oversee wireframes, technical designs, user stories, and implementation plans.
  • Guide data integration, transformation, validation, and quality-assurance activities.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, accessibility, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
  • Coordinate developers, data engineers, UX specialists, QA personnel, and cloud/DevOps resources.
  • Lead technical reviews, UAT coordination, issue resolution, deployment, documentation, and handover.
  • Conduct or support technical training and knowledge transfer for client personnel.
  • Maintain clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field with 7+ years of relevant professional experience; or
  • Master's degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in data visualization, dashboard development, or data analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience with at least one major business intelligence or data visualization platform.
  • Experience designing web-based portals, knowledge management systems, or CMS-based applications.
  • Experience working with complex, multi-source datasets.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, data quality, security, and information architecture.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytics platforms.
  • Experience with AI-enabled analytics or natural-language data exploration.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility requirements and multilingual applications.
  • Experience with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
  • Experience delivering technology solutions for government, international development organizations, NGOs, or multinational institutions.
  • Experience working with socio-economic, development, financial inclusion, employment, MSME, or similar datasets.
  • Strong technical documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
