How ready is your organization for AI?

This self-assessment takes about eight minutes. It asks twenty eight questions across the seven dimensions that determine whether an AI initiative succeeds: strategy, use cases, data, technology, security, governance and workforce.

You will receive an overall readiness score, a score for each dimension, and specific recommendations for the areas where you scored lowest. Answer for the organization as a whole, and answer as things are today rather than as they are planned to be.

What the assessment covers

  • Strategy and Leadership. Whether there is an agreed reason to use AI, someone accountable for it, and money attached.
  • AI Use Cases. Whether specific, tested candidates exist rather than general ambitions.
  • Data Readiness. Whether the information an AI use case depends on is usable, owned and governed.
  • Technology and Infrastructure. Whether the environment can carry the workload and the integration an AI use case implies.
  • Cybersecurity and Privacy. Whether sensitive information is controlled, monitored, and understood before AI touches it.
  • Governance and Compliance. Whether decisions about AI are made deliberately and can be evidenced afterwards.
  • Workforce and Adoption. Whether the people who would use AI output are equipped to judge and adopt it.
