Experience in designing and managing travel packages for clients.

LABUSA Travel seeks ambitious, highly motivated individuals with travel management experience.  The Travel Advisor (TA) will work cooperatively with customers to understand their preferences and requirements and create customized travel itineraries that meet their expectations.  The TA manages all travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, activities, dining reservations, and scheduling business meetings.  The TA will also research and recommend tours, venues, and attractions for trips.  Attention to detail, a passion for travel, and proven experience in providing exceptional customer service are must-haves. 


  • Manage and understand clients’ travel preferences, requirements, and budgets.
  • Research and recommend travel tours, venues, and attractions.
  • Negotiate and book all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.
  • Develop customized travel itineraries, flyers, and brochures.
  • Work with travel vendors and partners to ensure all arrangements meet expectations.
  • Support client needs throughout the travel planning and execution process.
  • Manage any unexpected changes or issues arising during the travel experience.
  • Keep up to date with the latest travel trends and emergency travel issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, partners, and industry contacts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree or certification in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field.
  • 2+ Years experience in managing group or business travel.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and software. 
  • Ability to work online with little direction or supervision.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service.
